Overview of role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in a lean delivery team, building and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our Customer & Digital Experience roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and delivery partners in an Agile environment, owning end‑to‑end solution delivery and quality.
The role requires strong experience across Salesforce modules including Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Core CRM, with experience integrating billing platforms such as Aptumo highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Salesforce Developer, you’ll be accountable for:
- Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations
- Participate in Agile delivery (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to root cause analysis
- Maintain high-quality documentation and governance standards
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver outcomes
About you:
You’re a proactive and technically strong developer who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- A continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years’ Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD)
- Experience supporting and enhancing complex Salesforce environments

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 $115,162 - $127,506 plus super salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
