Key Responsibilities:
As our Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll be accountable for:
- Build strong relationships with budget managers, executives, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information exchange
- Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to aid informed decision-making.
- Collect, analyse, monitor, interpret data and information, and make recommendations to ensure key financial outcomes are achieved.
- Prepare formal documentation to a high standard for submission and/or presentation to Stakeholders, Funding Bodies, Senior Management and Executive Management..
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
About you:
Strong working knowledge and experience in financial management together with qualifications acquired through:
- A tertiary degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- CPA or CA qualification or equivalent experience (preferable but not essential).
- Proven experience in finance business partnering or senior management accounting role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid and current Australian workers’ rights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI skills with the ability to use complex formulas.

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5 $115,162 - $139,851 + superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
