As our Manager of Enterprise Information, you will lead the development and adoption of our Enterprise Information Management strategy. You will have the platform to drive transformative change and shape our organisational information landscape. From developing cutting-edge strategies to breaking down traditional silos, you will have the opportunity to pioneer new approaches and revolutionise how we manage data. 

A snapshot of your day

You will proactively engage with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that information is consistently defined, stored, and managed in a manner that enhances accessibility, security, and compliance throughout its lifecycle, as well as;
•    Develop and implement a forward-thinking Enterprise Information Management strategy, plan, and processes
•    Drive efficiency and effectiveness by optimising information architecture and dismantling silos
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance existing systems and processes to optimise information architecture
•    Establish and implement an Information and Data Governance Framework that empowers decision-making
•    Promote the importance and best practice principles of data and information management across the organisation.

To be considered for the role, you’ll have extensive experience in information management, information governance, and knowledge of security frameworks and principles that apply to information. You will have experience leading change in a data-rich organisation by developing and applying innovative information and data management strategies and frameworks. Your exceptional leadership qualities, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills, will be instrumental in driving business, culture, and technology change across the organisation, supported by your superior communication skills. 

This role isn’t just about managing information – it’s about unlocking untapped potential. You’ll have the autonomy to implement your ideas, challenge the status quo and make a tangible impact on our operations and community impact.

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 6, $140,103 - $159,176 base salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
